I recently attended the most amazing concert at Arlington’s Globe Life Field! Although Pink was the headline act, the concert began with opening acts of KidCutUp, Noga Erez and the famous Sheryl Crow. From the time you walked into the arena, and we arrived early, rarely was there a time that an upbeat, party music was not playing.

From the time that Pink entered the stage singing Get the Party Started, the fans were on their feet dancing and singing with every song. Her performances included the songs Raise Your Glass, Who Knew, Just Like a Pill, Try, What About Us, Turbulence, Make You Feel My Love, Just Give Me a Reason, F**kin Perfect, Just Like Fire, Please Don’t Leave Me, Cover Me in Sunshine, Don’t Let Me Get Me, When I Get There, I Am Here, What’s Up, No Ordinary Love, Runaway, Are You Gonna Fall?, Trust fall, Blow Me, and Never Not Gonna Dance Again.

Pink’s concert revolved around her family members as her son, Jameson, entered the stage to get some candy from her and daughter, Willow, joined her in the song Cover Me in Sunshine. She is obviously a very proud mom and relishes in everything that her children do and accomplish.

Pink told a story of a time in which, after the death of her father, of a hawk and a squirrel. Remembering conversations with her dad in what they would come back as after death showed that she loved him dearly and was a daddy’s girl.

Pink went through several costume changes throughout the concert, from simply adding a jacket, to adding a skirt that was lowered from the ceiling, to changing into a beautiful black dress. Her changes added to the atmosphere and tone of the song selections throughout the two-hour portion of her concert.

There were several times in which the musician would be attached to a harness and would be lifted from the floor and soar over portions of the audience. In fact, in her last song, Pink flew the entirety of the view, waving and blowing kisses to her fans. Fans throughout the concert would be featured on screens, especially in the more romantic songs.

Prior to one song, Pink went to the floor near the stage, where she wanted to make an announcement which included a marriage proposal of a couple in front of the large crowd.

Overall, the concert including the opening acts, were AMAZING! The venue was perfect and permitted the lights, pyrotechnics and the sound of the concert to be enjoyed by all.
