The Grand Prairie Police Department is investigating a single-vehicle fatality crash that occurred at approximately 10:15 p.m. on Saturday, April 11, 2020, in the 3100 block of Hardrock Road.
Investigators say a vehicle carrying multiple occupants was traveling at a high rate of speed at the intersection of Hardrock Rd. and Trinity Blvd. when the driver lost control, causing it to roll several times. Three people were taken to area hospitals by the Grand Prairie Fire Department and are believed to have suffered minor injuries.
A fourth occupant was killed in the crash. Next of kin has been notified. The victim’s identity will be released by the Dallas County Medical Examiner’s Office.
The crash remains under investigation. This is the 5th fatality crash in Grand Prairie this year.
